Fall 2026

Fall means a big shift in The Gardens. Summer crops make room for lettuces, greens, roots, brassicas, and herbs that prefer the cooler weather. This year’s fall garden includes old favorites along with several new ones.

What’s Taking Root Next

Winter 2026–27

The Gardens don’t stop when the weather turns cold. Some things keep growing through winter, while others get their start as we head toward spring. Here’s what we’re planting for winter 2026–27.
